1.2. Availability: In the event that an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order or any part of it. We will promptly inform you of such occurrences and may suggest alternative products. A lack of product availability does not constitute liability on our part.

2.1. Pricing Policy: Prices at the time of your order include a Value Added Tax (VAT) of 25% and are subject to change without prior notice due to external factors. We are not liable for typographical errors or price discrepancies of out-of-stock items.

2.2. Accepted Payment Methods: Transactions can be completed using major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, or through digital payment solutions like PayPal and Vipps.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Dispatch Policy: We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation. We strive for efficiency; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

3.2. Special Items: For our exclusive range of bridal and wedding jewelry which may require additional time for customization, the specific timelines detailed on the product pages will prevail.

3.3. Shipping Costs and Timelines:

  • Within Norway: Shipped via Posten with a standard charge of €5, free for orders over €49. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 working days, depending on Posten’s operational performance.
  • European Union: Standard shipping charge of €12.9 with an estimated delivery of 5-7 working days, free for orders over €159.
  • International Delivery: Standard shipping charge of €16.9 with an estimated delivery of 5-7 working days, free for orders over €199.

3.4. Tracking: All orders can be tracked to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Returns Policy:

  • You may return any product within 14 days of receipt provided the items are in unused, perfect condition and retained in their original packaging.

4.2. Return Procedures:

  • Please initiate returns by contacting Chez Lola Jewellery via email and register the return through our system.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund based on actual rates.

4.3. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days following the receipt and inspection of the returned items, utilizing the same method of payment used during the original purchase.
