Shipping and Delivery
Please note that there may be small delays in dispatch, shipping and customs.
- All orders will be shipped with trackable delivery.
- Norway: Standard shipping 5 euros, free shipping over 69 euros
- Within the European Union: Standard Shipping 12.9 euros (3-5 working days), Free shipping for orders over 159 euros
- All other international countries: standard shipping 16.9 euros (3-5 working days), Free for orders over 199 euros.
Dispatching Timing of orders
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of being placed. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.
Import duty and taxes
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duty or charges that may be incurred. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
