Everything you need to know about dispatch, tracking and delivery from our Oslo studio.
Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Norway
Tracked delivery with Posten: 69 NOK · Free shipping from 599 NOK · Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International
Tracked delivery with Posten: 179 NOK · Free shipping from 1,500 NOK · Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
DHL or UPS delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering for availability and a shipping quote.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or local postal processing. Any import duties, customs charges or local handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Gift Orders
Our jewellery is presented in our signature jewellery box and branded velvet pouch, ready for gifting. To include a handwritten gift message, please leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched, and additional shipping costs may apply.
