What can be customised?
Custom orders may include earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pearl pieces, bridal jewellery and personalised adaptations of existing CHEZ LOLA designs. Feasibility depends on the construction, materials and timing, and is confirmed after your enquiry.
Materials
Depending on the design, we may work with freshwater pearls, sterling silver, gold-plated or vermeil finishes, enamel, glass and selected natural stones. Natural pearls and stones vary in shape, colour and texture; these differences make every custom piece individual.
Pricing
Prices depend on the materials, pearls, stones and complexity of the design. Simple adaptations of an existing CHEZ LOLA piece typically range from NOK 750–1,500. Fully custom pieces typically range from NOK 1,500–3,000.
More complex designs, multiple-piece orders and bridal sets are quoted individually. You will always receive a clear, no-obligation quote before production begins.
Production time
Production usually takes from four weeks after the final design has been approved. Materials, complexity and availability may affect the timeline. For weddings or another fixed date, we recommend contacting us at least six to eight weeks in advance.
Inspiration and existing pieces
You are welcome to send photographs, sketches, colour references or ideas. Inspiration helps us understand the feeling you are looking for, but the final piece will be interpreted in the CHEZ LOLA style rather than copied from another designer.
Changes and approval
Production begins only after the design direction, price and expected timeline have been approved. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may affect the price or completion date.
Returns for personalised pieces
Pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Any applicable exception will be explained before you approve the order. This does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty or not made as agreed.
